Business Permit and Licensing is one of the major revenue collection function of the LGU. The collection of business permits and licenses, being the primary source of the municipality's income lay the benchmark from which the plans and programs is established. The tax computation is based on the gross annual income of a business entity and some other fees.The renewal of business permits/licenses is from January 1-20. Requirements: - Community Tax Cert.
- Brgy. Business Permit
- Gross Sales for the preceding year ( for renewal application only)
- Sanitary Permit
- Health Certificate
Procedure: - Go to the Treasury Office with the requirements for the assessment of fees
- Pay the assessed fees for the issuance of official receipts
- Approval of the PNP Station Commander in compliance with the Peace and Order Rules & Regulations
- Approval of the Municipal Health Officer in compliance with the Health & Sanitation Requirements
- Approval of the Municipal Mayor
- Releasing (Treasury office)
